Nick has experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial motions.
Nick graduated summa cum laude from Capital University Law School. While in law school, Nick served as a teaching assistant for first-year Legal Analysis, Research & Writing students and served as an Articles Editor for Volume 48 of the Capital University Law Review. During law school, Nick also served as a legal extern to the Honorable Michael H. Watson of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Nick earned eight CALI® Excellence for the Future Awards in law school for achieving the top score in the class for courses including Legal Analysis, Research & Writing, Contracts, Property, Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, and Law & American History.
